When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the following business day from when it was placed. Please note, if you order on a weekend, your order may not ship until Monday. Tracking should be active as soon as you receive a shipping confirmation email. Increased order volume and reserved holidays may delay shipments additional days.

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you by email as soon as we are aware.

What shipping carrier does MiLife use?

MiLife ships packages via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your package. MiLife is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please take any issues regarding these circumstances to USPS. We are happy to assist if needed!

Tracking

For each shipment that goes out we send an email with the shipment details and tracking information. Order tracking information may not be available to view for at least one business day after you receive your shipping confirmation. As soon as the carrier scans your package into their system you should be able to view your package as it heads toward you.

Please note: Sometimes your order will ship in one or more packages. Tracking information is provided for all packages sent to you. You may receive packages at different times even though they were shipped out at the same time. Please refer to your tracking number if you are awaiting a package.
